Start With a Previous Estimate

From that point, select a previous estimate similar to the one you want to create, and start making changes — it's easy.

The roofing might change from shakes to metal. You might be replacing standard appliances with Jenn-Air, Sub-Zero, and Wolf, but these are in the database and only takes a few seconds. All of your usual disclaimers, contractor profits, and taxes will still be in place.
